Rocksmith keep ask me key cd to link my account to uplay

Hello there,

I already have linked my account months ago, i decide to play again.
Can't play, each time i connect to uplay it ask me for keycd

Any idea? i only have one account on ubisoft when i'm logging into... i can see i play the game few min ago :facepalm:

I'm not using any mods, and I have the same problem as everyone else here. This problem began 3 days ago. I bought the game just one week ago and it was working perfectly fine. Fix it. The post some "developer" pinned as an answer does NOT answer or fix anything. Respect your costumers.

on the ubisoft website there is the status of the xbox ps 4 servers, they are, as it were, active, there is a green check mark, we can assume that there should be a separate server for the PC, that's it with it and there is no connection with the game client, would you check this version of the ubisoft representative

The Rocksmith servers for 2014 are still online for all platforms, I have also just checked our server status for PC separately, this is online and I am able to connect in-game too with my Steam version of the game.

polaristrans, I have replied to your other post in a separate thread, but if you are having trouble with your CD key, please make sure you are using our new version of the game launcher Ubisoft Connect and not Uplay by downloading it via this link, as Rocksmith was known to come bundled with the older launcher originally >

in the Same Boat bought my RS2014 off Steam now Ubisoft says My Key is Invalid.. 80 hours in and LOts of DLC's I"ve Bought and MY Cd Key is Invalid .. Sounds Like the RS2014 Users that are being Rooked into RS+ and I for one am not Biting till it's has the Support of all the DLC's We've bought from them are there . 3 months on a Beta Subscription Game at Best ain't gonna cut it ..

This did not fix my issue. I still can not login. My CD key is not working. I bought the CD 2 weeks ago and worked fine. Stopped working a few days ago. I downloaded UBisoft connect and still not working. Can not connect.

guys try redeeming the cd key through ubi connect it worked through connect not in the game menu!!

through ubisoft connect, yes, the key is activated and gives another permanent key and it doesn’t work in the online game, it doesn’t connect to the online server, this is a problem, and you can only play offline

Hey folks, i get the same message with rocksmith remastered "There was an error processing the key you entered. Please double check the key, then try again"

it’s not clear yet, but the reason is clearly with ubisoft, I made ticket No. 17103162 a day ago on their website, but so far there is no answer, let’s hope that they will figure it out at home and so

Hello, my problem begins just after visiting the Rocksmith+ page several times to inform me about the news; Up until that day, I hadn't had any problems.
From that day on I can no longer play any unofficial DLC in the game.
I don't want to be bad thought but, too much coincidence.
Anyone else with this problem?
Any solution ?
