CDLC Won't Start on Mac (May 2022)
Whatever update was pushed out yesterday for Mac screwed over my CDLCs. They won't play when I select them.

I've already checked whether the necessary files were where they needed to be (p.psarc, m.psarc, .dll)

Has anyone had the same issue, and has anyone found a solution?

I verified the game files, got the pop-up message "5 files failed to validate and will be reacquired," and the CDLC still do not start.

I verified the game files, got the pop-up message "5 files failed to validate and will be reacquired," and the CDLC still do not start.

Thanks for the update Bildom, sorry to hear that didn't do the trick.

A complete clean reinstallation of the game may be required.

To better understand the issue though, do you receive any error messages or codes when attempting to launch these songs or is it just completely unresponsive?

The game is just unresponsive.
