Feed DAW output into the game?

I have Reaper and a great pitch shifter from neural DSP, can route them into the game so I don't need to actually tune my guitar every time I want to play a song in a different tune?

Yep, but you have to use an ASIO audio interface as well. Otherwise, latency will be terrible.
