I'll take it your on Windows, you might check Windows event viewer for possible mentions there.
Also if you are using custom songs, you might want to try removing them and then see what happens.. There could be a faulty one in between.

I unblock the access to path F:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\ for UplayWebCore.exe and upc.exe -> no effect
I updated the Ubisoft Connect version -> no effect
I tried to start the game from Ubisoft Connect instead of Steam -> no effect
I openned the firewall ports for Ubisoft Connect -> no effect
Installed on Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 build 19043.1415
Processor : AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00 GHz
RAM : 12Go
All drivers seems to be up to date.

I installed the latest version of nVidia display driver instead of the driver automatically installed by Windows.
The game doen't freeze anymore on an empty room.

Please see our troubleshooting guide[www.ubisoft.com]. From the steps you'd mentioned trying on 5th January, I can see there's a few steps we'd recommend doing from the guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game. Please also try running the game with administrator rights, as this makes sure the game has all the access it needs to load profiles.
We've not had any reports of servers issues recently, but Cataleya's recommendation is certainly a great troubleshooting step nonetheless!
Let us know if any of the above steps makes any difference - if not, we'll have some further steps we can try in that case

Open the game in admin mode : no effect
No other progs running : I never had something running in background
But i tried the advice of Cataleya22, to play in the offline mode of steam, and this seems to work.
In offline mode the game doesn't freeze on an empty room when loading the profile.
In that case, a connectivity issue sounds likely. As mentioned, we've had no widespread reports of issues with the server, so I'd recommend checking our connectivity guide[www.ubisoft.com]. In particular, from that article, please remember to reset your network hardware, switch to a wired connection (if possible, and if you aren't already), and check for software conflicts that might be causing interference (I understand you mentioned not having any programs running in the background, though - please make sure to check other systems on the network for things like downloaders).
Let me know if that doesn't solve the issue. If it comes to it, we can do some further tests via our more direct support channels that will help to diagnose the issue :)
