Hello everyone thanks for posting.

To clarify, the DLC that we are currently delisting is for the original Rocksmith game released 2011.

We do not currently have any plans to delist Rocksmith 2014 DLC at this moment in time, but we will update you should that ever change.

Your Rocksmith 2014 3 Doors Down DLC can be purchased and downloaded from Steam, here > https://store.steampowered.com/search/?sort_by=_ASC&term=rocksmith+2014+3+doors+down

Should have picked up the B.B. King Song (I like allot of stuff, too bad no talking heads songs on Rocksmith)

Rocksmth 2014 - Rocksmith+
Do anyone know if they are going to shut of RS 2015 when RS+ is released or will they just leave RS2015 to run it's course and let the song rights expire and take them off until the end?

I don't know. I guess we will see.

There's no good reason for them to "shut off" RS2014, considering it's essentially an offline game.
that wouldnt really be possible. even so, it can be easily hacked. All the can and will do is drop online support meaning no more DLC to purchase and updates.

Arsenal -- that is my guess no support, no more DLC, no updates. I think once we have purchased a licenses song, we own it in that form. At least I think that's how copyrights work. We just can sell our copy.

The way Steam works, DLC songs you've purchased should be linked to your Steam account forever, I believe. So even if they stop selling them you should still be able to re-download them on new devices and such, as long as you bought them previously.

They will stop selling RSRM. The DLC will be removed from the store in the order of the licence expiration just like RS 2012. Anything you paid for will be yours to keep .Just My two cents.I have things in my library that are no longer available to purchase but still are playable

There's still time to gain The Thrill Is Gone before The Thrill Is Gone is gone - March 20th!
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
