So here is my suggestion......
Make sure you are not griping the chord like a baseball bat. Press a light as you can without fretting out. You may be going sharp. I have this prob when transition from my Acoustic to my strats and LP's.
1. Play Castle Chordia and try different gain settings, mic distances, until you find something that works fairly well. Second, be ready for close but not all the time.
2. If you can pick up a good pickup for the guitar like a fishman. Do it and go RS Cable. The experience will be much better.
I've tried the castle chordia thing and no matter how high my gain is it just wont register which is weird cuz it picks up the one finger ones

Best of luck.
e.g Em thru to F, at various positions
I've only tried with the first chord lesson where it makes you do E (possibly Em)
I'm guessing you've used the RS tuner and you are using a pick?
i havent been using a pick so i could try that
that actually worked thnaks so much!
