I've merged your threads as they're for the same issue.
As Cata has suggested, please try verifying your game files.
Let us know if anything changes!

I tried completely removing the game then reinstalling, checking the files, formatting the computer, making other versions of the custom content, and now, not even the ones I bought from Steam Store are opening...
Such a disappointment! Help me!
EDIT
When I can start the bought content, the game crashes during the gameplay.
There's a terrible delay before/during the game. I strum and almost a second later the sound comes out.
Secondly, if possible could you please contact us with an image showing any error messages you receive along with your system reports as advised in the FAQ guides below :

It started around September 15 - 18, right after I purchased a song

Okay, I'll try doing this now!
When I'm done, I'll edit this comment.

Thanks for sharing your case with us! You mentioned earlier in the thread that this started happening after you purchase a song. Which song was this?
Additionally, you mention the song Slit Wrist Theory in your case notes, which is a custom modded song. Please note that we so not officially support modifications to our game as it does not guarantee the experience we intend. When did you first start using modified songs?
- Ubisoft Support
It started a few days after I bought Beast and The Harlot. Checking my purchase history, it makes around September 20, not 15 ~ 18 as I mentioned before.
Actually, before start purchasing songs, I used to create/download custom songs. They worked for over 2 years. In September 27, 2018 I purchased System of a Down and Smashing Pumpkins song pack, as the first official song packs I own.
Thanks for updating that information. Did any other changes to your system happen at this time, such any updates or new software?
I can also see that my colleague, Space, has gotten back to you, requesting that you upload your MSinfo again as a .nfo file. Could you please update this at your earliest convenience. Thanks!
- Ubisoft Support
Sure, I'll upload the file and update the ticket in a minute!
Could you add this to your case notes for me? It's possible that the Windows update may be linked, so it would be good to know this as we investigate further. Once our team have been able to take a closer look at your system files, they will provide you with a update via email. Thanks!

Sure, I can add. But I formatted the system last week and when I finished, the first thing I tried was to play a purchased song, then I installed the updates (as no songs worked).
