Muse Song pack is missing from SongList in the game
Hi. I am playing Rocksmith on Mac. My old macbookpro late 2008 where i used to play broke end of 2019 and I bought a new Mac recently. All my song packs are playable on my new laptop, but the Muse song pack is missing. The 5 songs of the pack appear on the "dlc" folder, but once i launch Rocksmith, they don't appear on the Songs list in the game (only Knights of Cydonia is there, but that's normal since it is a default song).
Could you help please?
Thanks
Regards

Not helpful to you, but I have 5 songs now that have disappeared as well. Song I paid for, in one instance, almost two years ago. Let’s get this fixed Rocksmith.

Same Problem, I dont change Hardware, but I miss ingame approax 7 to 10 Songs. The Songs are in the DLC-Folder, in Steam-History they are ok, but in RS2014 they are locked. For example PapaRoach, Accept, Tom Petty. I also try to reinstall the Software and try it on a second PC (iMac). Please solve the problem!

Me too, bought Earth Wind and Fire, and I can't play it anymore.

I'm missing more than 50 songs since last Sunday! Tom Petty, Oasis, Duran Duran, etc. etc. etc. WTH?

I have tested this with Win10 on my Mac with Parallels, there are all Songs i have bought, activ. Our Problem seems to be on Mac-Systems.
Has someone opened a ticket yet? I have try this yesterday, but i wasnt able to get connection on the supportsite.

Hey all - I did open a ticket on this subject. I have a song pack - FNM that I am currently playing the crap out of, bc I'm close to gaining 100% on a few of them. They disappeared off of my in-game song list, but still show up in the DLC files, in the library outside of the game. Here is what I was told-
1. Its a ♥♥♥♥ storm there, as everyone who has STEAM content is playing right now
2. Be Patient, it'll get fixed.
3. Try this - Go to Library> R Click on RS2014 in the list
4. Click on Properties
5. Click on Local Files
6. Verify Integrity of Game Files, wait for a few minutes, a window will likely pop up saying there are X number of files that can't be verified, they will be 'reacquired'
7. I reported all of this in my ticket, and asked if I should dump the game or wait. No answer yet. The first answer with all the instructions came about 72 hours after I asked

I dumped Steam, re-installed it, but no luck there either. I'm waiting until the next notification comes from tech support and I'll update the thread. Sucks, but I still have 40 other songs to play.
Take care

Thanx, this steps i have already tried. No Success. A few minutes before i try to rename the files in the dlc-folder, there are "songtitle_m" (MAC) and "songtile_p" (WIN) files, i renamed von of the "missing" files from P to M, but also no success. Seems, we have to wait for Ubisoft! :-/

MegaG - agree with that. They are slammed, it'll get fixed. Don't we all really want to take the time to master Surfing With the Alien? Ha! Take care

ok, i make a try it on my old mac mini with os 10.15.2. There it works with all songs

The post that came out from Ubisoft is very telling. The last songpack was released - Opeth. They are not saying exactly what will replace the DLC, but they aren't releasing any more material. I think the issues we are all having might be due to this. Hopefully they push another software update and all of our purchased content re-loads. So far mine is still absent.
