Paying to port songs over is another story. This was atleast indicated as a perk that would come from owning the game, no mention of a charge. The charge should go away.
And, lets face it, paying to port the songs isn't really fair, even though they have to relicense the songs and everything else.
I knew what i got when i bought it though so what evs. i sure dont remember them mentioning paying to have RS songs ported over though.....
The prices £39.99 is about right for new release.
also didnt need to get Retail copy!
I am sure that preparing each of the DLC titles takes effort on the part of the dev team. Not to mention the royalties costs they need to pay to license the songs. Thus, each DLC package represent actually cost and investment by the developer. If these were easy/cheap to develop I am sure that Ubisoft would release 100's of tracks on release date to maximize thier potential revenue (I know would). This why I never download cracked games or ♥♥♥♥♥ about the costs of new games or DLC. I WANT them to make money... and keep building cool new stuff.
As for 'the wait' ...come on, Peter Jackson is not going to send me any gifts because I have to wait 12 months to see the next installment of The Hobbit
I didn't get mine either, probably because of having to run through U-Pirate....
