[SOLVED] - "Section Start" in the Riff Repeater doesnt work for me

For some reason I can't choose specific parts of the songs using "Section start". The "Section ends" works just fine, but I always have to start at the beginning of the songs. Any idea why that is? :/

I've tried reinstalling the game but nothing changed.

unplug everything but RTC mouse and key board
