As you would think, it is pretty limited.
The sound detection with the RS Cable works fine if you turn it up in Windows settings.
However, the game seem to lack the professional "Learn a Song" feature of RS.
There are Songs to play for premium members, but they seem to be user-generated so you can't be sure that they even are correct.
Also i really like the Session Mode in RS to practice Scales and the Riff-Repeater to learn song parts very fast, what you won't find in Guitarbots.
On top of that i think it's pretty expensive (like 80$ for 1 Year).
If you buy RS 14 you get it for as long as you want and it's even half as much O_o
With all the DLC, RS can be expensive too, but you get officially approved 100% correct tabs and the features mentioned above.
So i don't think it would be a good alternative for RS.
