We would need you to list you computer specs... and more specificly what is your video card? Is that card directx compatible?
I have 2GB of RAM
Running Vista
Video card is Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Let me know if you need anything else.
First, I would suggest to free up as much resources as possible. So, chat programs, game updaters, and thing that is running in that lower right corner by the clock... disable those from running at startup. NOTE: anything hardware related leave running.
Here is a link to some configuration advice on the Ubisoft forums. http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/802854-Rocksmith-2014-PC-Configuration-and-FAQ-Forums
I would suggest to try running in window mode: Set Fullscreen to 0 in the ini file. Maybe try setting Visual Quality to 0.
Also, maybe try lowering the resolution of the game.
