Uplay says my email is invalid

It says i need a uplay account, when I try to get one it says my email is invalid and unavailable
Someone said it used uplay but I had no idea it was this bad

I tried hitting escape, it says the servers are unavaiable

Alright, so you can log into the game without Uplay.
Main screen pops hit enter...then hit escape quick...another screen pops hit escape again...one more screen pops hit escape again...this should be profile select screen.
Select your profile..when it says connecting to servers hit escape or wait for a time out then hit enter.

You may want to sign up for Uplay at uplay.com it may actually be easier.

I have not signed into uplay in alomst 5 months...it is not required to play the game.
