If Mac you can go into System Preferences->sound->output - see if you can select from the list of devices there.
Check the sound level in recording aswell, it quite often can be lowered by other applications.
I just asked for a refund as i almost got to the 2 hour mark without playing a single minute...
I'm not saying there can be no problems, cause I'm experiencing even blue screens (which came out of the blue......) Even now when using it on an older pc..... But then again i think to know why because of my own actions on the pc, which I'm testing now. It could easily be an update from another program/hardware or Windows update, i have had my share. Everything else might work fine, just not this program.... But then we need to know more of the system (setup)
Otherwise you can wait on the newer version?
I bet it's something i just did not really see at first glance...
I just tried it with my audio interface and that did not work aswell but at least it is using asio4all <.<
It does not record the audio and there is still no audio playing.
I'll give you a quick overview of what i did.
Hopefully the new version will come soon - Considering what I've spent over the years on the official DLC I guess the monthly subscription isn't so bad.
I've learned the guitar pretty much from scratch with this game and every time I play I nudge up a score percentage a little bit more somewhere. It all adds up over time -
I'm playing Accoustic guitar for around 1 1/2 years now and wanted to start something new.
This seemed so nice but sometimes stuff like this happens, i guess...
I'll reinstall it one more time, without the Asio Support.
How are you inputting to the game? acoustic guitar to a mic or with the official RealTone cable? Do you have an electric guitar to plug into?
Found something out right now.
It gives me sound when the Asio support is not installed.
So there must be something wrong with that.
The issue now is...
I can't use the guitar without it <.<
