How to disable master mode?

It's seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying when I haven't even learned the song yet and stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ master mode comes on "Oh we're not going to show you what to play so you can just sit there waiting for the notes to come back"

From the main menu press space bar go into options and there is a gameplay settings check for it.
Also press space bar during a song to go into riff repeater and turn master mode off there.

It's already off in rift repeater, but it still plays in master mode almost the entire time, I'll try doing it from the settings

It really kills the fun. Master mode sucks. It looks like it can't be turn off in the remastered edition.

I'm going to reinstall the old original Rocksmith because I just can't stand it.

On the main menu hit space bar for settings > options > play settings > master mode is at the bottom, make it off :)

Realize that there are two places to set Master Mode. One is in the options menu as described. There is a second setting in Riff Repeater. The first controls Learn A Song Mode. The second controls RR.
