The GPU will be the only possible issue, but just turn down the graphic settings if so.
I'm not a mac person, so this is just a guess.

If it does run, you are going to have a hard time seeing stuff on that tiny screen, but maybe your eyes are a lot better than mine.
But, I can run HDMI to a big ol' flat screen TV and then I can see the notes fine.

I run Rocksmith 2014 on this and it's mostly fine. Occasionally the guitar will desync or sound will get messed up and I'll have to restart the game. But overall it's a smooth and good experience. Screen size is fine for me too.
