Also in Windows 11 > do a search in windows 11 for > Control panel .
In Control panel > Click on ( upper right hand corner ....pull down ) to small icons
Now one of the icons you should see is "Sound"
In "Sound" you should see tabs to select Playback and Recording.
You can enter Playback and Recording and make changes as necessary for your sound to work.
I have tried those 48kHz, exclusivity, unistalled my Redragon USB headset drivers and Valeton GP200 drivers, and most of those tips on your link, but I still couldnt get any sound in the game, the window stopped showing
I used to plug the Real Tone Cable to the R output my Multi Chorus (off) and the L to my old Zoom G2, the G2 pluged by USB to my PC and the output to the G2 with headphones. Guitar mixer on in 0 volume.
I just had to delete the RSAsio.dll because its incompatible with my new Valeton, now I am using the Realtone Cable into the Send from Valeton, (if I plug the valeton in USB it will get error) my headphones in the phones output from valeton, the PC output now is the 3.5mm plug from the motherboard going into the AUX IN in the Valeton.
EDIT: the RS tones suck and I still havent found the buffer values to correct the lattency
