First: When people say "It works fine for me", this is actually people attempting to help you, and your perception of it as an attack on you, or some sort of praise for Ubisoft is a false perception. You should look at what people are writing again, and look and see that no one is saying anything in praise of Ubi at all. Also try to look at each comment and see how it might have been posted with helpful intent, rather than as a criticism of you or the person complaining.
In fact, you may want to talk to a therapist, because hypersensitivity to even perceived criticism, especially where no criticism was explicitly stated or even intended, is a sign of various problems.
Second: PC gaming, and in fact, PC ownership and use in general, inherently involves having to troubleshoot and fix things for yourself. It's very different from consoles, or Macs--although nowadays with Mac running on a wider set of hardware, that's not so much the case anymore. The sheer number of possible hardware combinations and OS configurations possible in the PC ecosystem is too vast for any company to test everything. I literally worked QA for Activision at one point, and I can tell you that there were maybe 30 QA employees for the entire company--most of us temps, which is illegal as hell, but there you are--and maybe 50 computers in the whole QA area. Hardware compatibility testing happened, but it wasn't anywhere NEAR as extensive as you'd maybe expect.
Because of how many possible configurations there are out there, companies have little choice but to just release their product (Whether it be an app or a game) into the wild and wait for bug reports to let them know what combinations they may need to specifically debug.
And a lot of the time, there will be problems that never get fixed, and if you want to have things work as a PC owner, you have to learn to fix them yourself.
Which means that when you report a problem on an open forum, people will assume that you want help troubleshooting, and finding a workaround or fix. So when people say "I'm not having that problem", they're giving you the valuable information that this is not a universal bug, and there may be a way to fix it on your end (Whereas universal bugs are often just a problem in the app/game/whatever that you won't be able to do anything about).
Third: Because of the second point, above, it's counterproductive to--when you run into a problem with an app or game--immediately go to the forum and spew venom and rant about how horrible the company is for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you over, when you don't even know yet if this is actually a problem that's common or widespread, or rare and limited to unusual configurations.
You certainly should not immediately "scream" at anyone who attempts to help you by providing you with troubleshooting information such as informing you that the product is working fine for them, or that they do not have the issue you have.
Again, they are not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with you, they are trying to help, and when people see you react aggressively to those first people attempting to give you helpful feedback, every other user will decide that you're not someone who wants help, you just want to yell, and they will predictably stop offering you help.
Good luck.
Edit: Also, if you just want "tech support to do their work", you should post in the actual tech support subforum, or use the official tech support forms or email on Ubi's site, not post on a public forum where other users are going to try to help you.
