Microphone for Rocksmith Acoustic Guitar
Is there a way I can hook up my Acoustic Guitar through to rocksmith? It doesn't have a pickup

You'd need to install pickups. They make them for acoustic guitars.

However, for the price of pickups you'd be close to the price of a cheap solid body electric. A solid body electric will be much better for this game.

There are clip-on or stick-on acoustic pickups from places like MonoPrice for very little money ($5) that should work with RockSmith, at least to a degree.

I didn't have much luck with clip on piezo pickups. I ended up going with Seymour Duncan Woody SC Single-Coil Soundhole Pickup with a sound hole cover.Works very well. I stuck to tiny peices of velcro to the back of the pickup .Also had to trim the sound hole cover so it and the pickup would fit nice.

Ok, I didn't know there were simple clip on pickups for acoustics.
