Yep, pretty sure it was that. There's a number of others too which vary in price depending on the quality of the package as well. Even one for drums now. I heard there's one coming for the skin flute as well. It will be in the adult section though.

For keyboard I use Synthesia.
No need for a special cable, just a keyboard that can be connected to PC through USB.
I personally use a midi controller (m-audio axiom 61.)

That is a great idea! I had forgotten about Synthesia. I have a very nice, expensive huge keyboard just collecting dust and this might be the thing to get me learning on it.

I've seen people ask about Keyboard software that works like Rocksmith and I've found one I like so far called Playground Sessions. It's different from Synthesia as it has lessons leading up to the songs and the number system for your fingers is helpful once you get past Guitar Tab finger learning...doh! I find it difficult to count my thumb as 1 and pinky as 5 and I'm sure any guitar/bass player who spent time with tabs will have to relearn as I'm doing...LOL Anyway its tough to find the link for the free trial so here it is:

Go to the youtube link below for the rundown :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVIAwUPmX8k
An introduction to Playground Sessions: David Sides will guide you through the set-up of Playground, the Song Library, Bootcamp, Progress, Follow-Along, Practice and Performance sections.

I hope it's not published by "UbiSoft" though, wouldn't be the best marketing decision.

They are hoping to counteract the negative hype with a social media campaign that adds an extension to the launcher, giving you the ability to post your selfies on Uplay in real time as you play the game.

It seems that they are counting on U-Play with your selfies to be enough to fix the whole 'ubisoft' situation, I don't see it working for very long, though.
