This is how to play custom songs if you can't purchase Cherub Rock DLC for some reason...

Title. Pretty stupid situation - I bought the main game over a year ago but when I bought it, the DLCs for some reason weren't on sale so I decided to wait (to save almost 2 bucks!) - and totally forgot about the game and the DLC.
And now I can't buy DLCs at all. You know, from Ubisoft's point of view I am not a real human or something, because I was born in Belarus and they banned us alongside Russia, though we are NOT Russia, lol.
So, let's imagine you already have CDLC installed, but custom songs still do not appear in game. That's because those songs have Cherub Rock's AppID. So we "just" need to change custom song's AppID to any of the DLCs that comes with game. I, for example, used "Jackson 5 - I want you back" AppID (492987), but you can choose any other DLC song you have.
Google and download Song Creator Toolkit for Rocksmith from their Github (many thanks to them for creating such usefool thing!).
Open it and set it up (choose location of the Rocksmith, etc.).
Then go to the second tab "packer/unpacker" - and there all the magic happens. Click "Update song" (in the window near it there should be another song's AppID you chose before) and choose the song you want to update.
Volia! It now will appear even without Cherub Rock DLC!
Yep, it's sad that you will need to do all of this just to play some custom songs, but this is the only way for people like me.
Anyway, hope it will help someone in the future!
