Is it still possible to get rocksmith 1?

I recently decided I was going to try and buy the old rocksmith so I could import the songs into rocksmith 2014, but then I heard that it has been taken off of all official digital shelfs. I really want to import the songs, but I dont know how to obtain the original game. I know I could buy a steam key for it, but I'm skeptical on if it works or not. I assume I cant by a disc of it, because my computer doesnt use discs.

Getting a key would be unlikely to work saying this text from ubi, (all the way down)
But maybe you can share the files with someone. Not sure if they are combined with an account as some save files are with UBI.

Yes! If you have previously installed the disc version of Rocksmith (2011) on your account, you will still be able to access your owned content. Product keys for Rocksmith (2011) that have not yet been activated will no longer work after October 17.

Ill also add as of right now you can still get the import tool and all the old DLC here on steam just not the 2012 release

actually I think i will just get the disc for xbox. But how would I get the disc import tool? Or would that even work?

the old DLC's work with2014 without the import tool. You only need the import tool to transfer the songs that come with the disc.

I am not sure about the Xbox stuff i only ever had the 2014 edition for that platform

The song dlc from other operating systems are not compatible with the pc version, only the cable is universal to use. So better keep that money in your pocket.
