They aren't there. It only shows the other DLCs I own.
One is the Rage Against The Machine, the other is the Muse pack.
And the thing is I've played them for a while, then they disappeared all of the sudden.
It's not them missing right after I bought them.
Therefore, it is a strange bug.
Well that's a good thing already.
So two things can be the case still.
Are the songs checked in the Steam page as said by another above?
If they are and still not showing in game. Check in play a song, on the right side which sorting is used. Should be all songs.

The DLC tab and DLC list are still no showing them.
Then if I click play the song from its store page, it will run the game yes, but no matter how I sort the category on the right side, all the missing DLCs won't show at all.
Running MacOS Catalina - This started today perhaps?

Well, mine is OSX 10.13. Not 10.15, but the problem is no different.
