Ubisoft Club says I don't have Rocksmith 2014

I bought Rocksmith 2014 on Steam and I'd like to unlock the rewards, especially Karawan - Desolate Motion. I downloaded UPlay client, logged in my account and activated my key which I got from Steam. Rocksmith 2014 shows up, I can launch it from UPlay, but it launches automatically from Steam.

I completed "Your First Mission" and "True Performance!" and it did show up in the game, but I got no points received in Uplay although I'm level 3 now. Also I don't see Rocksmith 2014 in my games list in the ubisoft club. It says I have 0 games.

I tried reinstalling the game and creating a new profile, but nothing helps.

I have no other games in Uplay and it is a fresh account.

Are you accessing the Club through a browser or the uplay app itself? Because from the app you can hit the game, and you will see in the left side menu club rewards and such.

Ubisoft doesnt go well with having more accounts, It locks on to that account and you cant change it yourself afterwards, so you better contact Ubisoft Support if they can merge them. Normally thats no problem, but there was a person earlier having some same kinda problems. And they couldnt help him, for whatever reason.
