Trying to use an Audio INnterface with Rocksmith 2014 [NEED HELP]
Im currently trying to use my audio interface to use rocksmith, the signal chain is my guitar plugged into my multi effects pedal and from the multi effects pedal into my audio interface and im using a red and whit to 1/3 audio jack to plug into the mic in on my computer, its getting signal but just not very clear and keeps spiking, when I check the tuner its just picking up all the notes and not giving me a steady one note check and if I look at the signal in the input settings its all over the place, I dont know if I need to do something in the settings or try something different.
I'm really hoping that someone could help me

Guitar - Ibanez Gio series
Multi Effects Pedal - Zoom g3xn
Audio Interface - Behringer umc404hd

Get a real tone cable and a splitter. put the splitter on the 1/4 endof the Cable and end of the guitar cable and another cable iinto your mutil-pedal. Then you can use your amp too!

Search for using amp with rocksmith lot''s of information and even some from me.

If I understood correctly, game recognises the signal as a loud mess instead of played one note?
Maybe your input signal is too high, too loud. Try adding piece by piece, extending your rig with another device.
First use only guitar and Audio Interface

For me, guitar with Komplete Audio 6 worked

I am going to add onto my comments above. RS needs to see a clean signal from your guitar. This is a must. split the signal from the guitar. One clean path into the computer and effects altered one to where even. I think that will solve the problem Just give it a try without the effects. Emllorth may be 100% correct.
