Buy the realtone cable. Just... buy it. It's amazing. The experience is 10/10. Third party cable is getting returned tomorrow.

Don't. Buy the RS one. IT's a great A-D converter for other stuff too.

If you mean the Real Tone Cable that comes bundled with 2014, then yes it does in fact work with USB 3.0.
