This is an in-game option and not a windows sound setting?
Wouldn't turning off the Microphone mean it won't record audio for the stream?
ERROR SOUND INITIALIZATION
No audio output device is detected. Please connect and enable an audio output device then restart Rocksmith 2014.
Where exactly do I make that change??
Okay, I've done both of these things, game's still got no audio output and is muted for some reason.
I've done that, it didn't make as difference unfortunately, currently the game is completely muted foe me atm.
If I try recording a video on OBS the software stops capturing the games audio once I get as far as profile selection in-game, I can play the game on speakers but it's still impossible to stream it currently.
