0xc000007b error in windows 7

[Reflect]

cant open the rocksmith.exe
when i make double click on the rocksmith icon that error comes
I have reinstall the game but the promblem exist.
(sory about my english i am from greece)

0xc000007b = "The Application was Unable to start correctly. This is a windows software problem, can occur for alot of reasons. It's very common when trying to run a 64-bit application on a 32-bit version of windows ,but it can also happen when running a 32-bit app on 64-bit windows that has a software config problem.

What's your system specs and OS? did this run on this system before?
does your system meet/exceed the game's requirements?
do you have the directX9.0c legaly redistributable installed?

It was warking perfectly at the start but after an update the promplem started..now i maked format my PC and i will see if it fixed....apfff
