As Zigg mentioned. If you're still having latency or aren't using those, you can go to tools, options, audio settings, audio engine and change the settings to what works best for you. Additionally, in video settings is the "Display Lag Correcton" setting that you can also change.

are you using analog HP or USB

HDMI and Wireless have the worst delay. If you are using a wired headset though the "Headset" jack on your computer, that is the best option, or use a wired speaker. USB I think there are some adjustments that can be made but is not the best option.

Vim..., If you haven't checked out the links that MTZIGG suggested, take a look at them. He can be relied upon to offer good suggestions. If the threads he suggested don't apply to your specific problem, try some searches here in the forums. Similar problems to yours have been discussed on here many times and there is a good chance that by spending some time reading old threads you will find your solution.

i checked the links...i hoped there is one main problem and its easy to fix it but its not.

so for me the "game" is useless...if there is no "normal" way to fix it, wtf did the game developer

The game developers did a good job. Few (relative to the total amount of users) people have delay problems. Of those few, the great majority can fix the problem. If your problem can't be fixed with the information available, then you have a peculiar set up with your computer. It is understandable that you might not want to alter your set up to play the game. Too bad, it is a lot of fun. Better luck in the fututre.

As you can see, there is one main problem with delay. It is usually the output of sound from your computer... The only other cause that we have ran into is trying to use a cable that is not the Real Tone cable, but you said above you were using that. So there has to be something on the output of sound from your computer.

This app is one of the few that is very critical on delays of sound because you are trying to play a gutiar, have it processed, and hear it through the speakers. Most apps you wouldn't notice a delay because you don't hear it on both sides (guitar and speaker).

Most systems this is plug in play, but the threads and configuration FAQ usually fix the few sound issues that some people run into.

So, could you describe how your speaker/headphones are setup? Are you using a laptop with a docking station? Is it linked through usb? Is it a secondary soundcard that you upgraded or is it the built in soundcard? Is it a usb soundcard? When using a headset, exactly what models of headsets did you try? You said one was analog and one usb... what are those two headsets?

its not a display lag...its the sound. i used logitech z4 speakers, g933 and Ultimate Ears UE-4 Ambient.

its a normal PC, no second soundcard. i tried it on my mac, same problems. its a little delay, so its not like i would play with my amp. :)

"Have you gone through this guide: https://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/802854"

no, but i will do it :)

thx
