the path where the x's are is another number, I think <?> its your Steam user number and is different for everyone. I back up my profile every couple weeks, losing it would be a disaster.

I assume the whole folder "221680" must be copied for backup to work

Thats how I do it. The save folder is tiny (under 100k), so I just copy the whole thing to another drive.
