Possible loose wire in your pickups or ground issue. Does this occur when you plug into your amp?
Ok, you can get a small practice amp at almost any pawn shop. Usually $5 - $15 or you can take it to a shop, (music shop that does guitar repairs), to have a look at it. The cost would depend on them and what they tell is you is the issue.
but it still has a quiet buzzing sound sometimes, sometimes happens when i change how im holding the guitar
I really think it's a loose ground, which will do that. If you do take it to a shop, as I would recommend, or have any experienced guitarist look at it. Also, ask them to check the intonation so that you're not returning with your next issue so soon. You'll need that proper intonation for RS.
nvm though...
On topic, that certainly sounds like a grounding/pup issue... you should start by standing away from the PC and Monitor and see if it is just interference... if it continues, do as Msyn suggested and try it out on an amp, if you still get it while plugged into an amp then it is like 98% possible it is a grounding issue.
FIRST THINGS FIRST- Find out what kind of guitar it is BEFORE doing anything. Don't take it to anyone before you know EXACTLY what guitar it is, take a picture of it and post it here or in forums if you can't determine the make and model. The last thing you wanna do is take your grandma's pre-cbs telecaster/strat to "Joe's pawn and music shop"
