Songs in minor and major pentatonic

I'm somewhat new to guitar. I've used rocksmith to teach myself. I started with just chord guitarcade games and learned the rhythm guitar of many songs. I recently started really practicing scale racer and warrior to learn some lead guitar. Does anybody know some of the best songs that primarily use major and minor pentatonic scales for their lead guitar?

Typically, whatever the root is in, that's what the scale will be as well for the lead playing/solo. As far as the best, that's relative to each person's tastes. Those pentatonics are also within the scale of the modes.

That Dead Weather song is straight G minor pentatonic.

Any of the "blues" artists should do the trick - Albert King, B.B. King, SRV, etc....

However, if you want to start at the beginning of the blues then you might want to go with Muddy Waters.

Also, playing only the black keys on a piano is pentatonic, so any music by "The Black Keys" is a fairly safe bet as well. ;)
