Tone designer
Is there a possible way to put the sounds of the tone designer through my bass amp?

I do not understand the question very well.
Do you want to take advantage of the authentic tones of the sound designer (tones) in your amplifier (not virtual), or in DAW?
O Do you want to transfer the sound obtained in your amplifier to the RS sound designer?

Each authentic tone (or authentic sound) that comes with a song is composed of various components (previous, amplifier, effects pedals, etc). If you click on each one of them you will see the adjustment of each element for the sound of that song.
Additionally if you change any setting or item, you can save the setting as a custom tone (custom sound). These files are saved in the Steam user folder.
Can you be more specific about what you want to do?
A greeting. :2014rhythm:

Authentic tones (included in songs) can be saved as * .XML files among other formats. This can be done with Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit. There is software (Native Instruments Guitar Rig, IK Multimedia Amplitube) that allows to play guitar and bass with adjustments and own racks. I do not know if the exported tone files can be used or incorporated into these programs to be able to play without using RS. I use optical output to connect the audio to a Home Cinema with Subwoofer. It is a domestic use. I do not think I can help you better.
A greeting.

Well, other then your headset jack out to the AUX in on the amp, or using an adapter to the input on the amp making sure it is set to a clean tone... If you have a modeling amp, like a Fender Mustang II, you could use the Fender software to recreate the same sounds (or close to it) that you designed in Tone Designer.

It does have a line out but that's connected to the Realtone cable.

What? Bass -> Amp -> Line-Out -> RT-cable -> PC is your setup? Buy an ABY-Box. Then connect your bass to it, plug one output of the box to your amp, and the other one to your PC via RT cable. Then you'll have what you have now, but way better. Or don't buy one and connect your bass to PC with the RT cable and PC Line-Out to your bass amp. Use the line-in of the amp if it has one. This way the modeled sound of RS is played through your amp. BUT: the backing tracks are played through your amp then as well. Which could sound aweful depending on amp and cabinets used.
