super hexagon absolutely does not neat any new modes with slowdown and certainly not a tutorial.. needing a tutorial for this or a practice stage is tantamount to ignorance of both left and right.

why do people always forget that losing is a risk crucial to defining what it exactly means to be a game?!

i can just imagine some whiners wanting the whole dart board to be a giant bullseye so they can practice getting bullseyes and then they will feel entitled to stand 5 feet closer to it simply because they paid for the darts!

echoing the sentiments, "GET BETTER!"

You sir have won my respect. :)

Exactly.
Or a training room. You can repeat a single pattern over and over until you feel comfortable with it.

i think it's only need to practice

If you practice enough, levels like Hexagon will become something too slow.

repeatedly dying the first 30 minutes of super hexagon IS the tutorial AND the training mode!

Nothing like squirming your way through a new difficulty until you get it right. I could bearly make it though hexagon the first 20 minutes, 3-4 hours later i'm on the last stage. Just need keep trying until you either beat the game or give up.

Edit: went back to hexagon, it felt like everything was moving in super slow mo.

It's really annoying when you lose from half a cm of touching, just 'cause there's only so much precision possible.

I thought the same thing when I first started, but you just have to get used to tapping it just so it goes to the next portion without hitting the line. Once you get used to it, the game is a lot smoother. If they slowed the control the game wouldnt be possible, and if they sped it up it would be even worse.. its a good balance, just keep playing

I 'spose so. It's just that the tablet version feels so much more responsive. But yeah, practice.

once you get used to the game, the first level: hexagon is boringly slow. the game's controls do not suck. play with a mouse
Rworqx Jan 8, 2014 @ 11:03pm
slow game even hyperhexogonest stage. brag brag brag. the last stage is annoying because its not spinning. i paid for the spinning not stationary. no the game is hard i cant deny that. but if use a mouse its the fastest responding of them all.(depends what mouse I use:razor stuff)
.practice a lot and take 5 to 10 min session after that you most likely will become worse after that.. sorry for my bad english and the brag in the begin.
