Error 20?

Whenever I queue with a buddy to play survival or any multiplayer mode that's 4 player, mind you, i'm on PC, he's on PS5, we queue up and search for a bit, and then it shows ERROR 20.
We've searched wide and long, we have no idea what it stands for or means, any idea guys?
