Some Suggestions + Knowledge for PC Players
As a veteran player of this game since it's PS4-only release, I'm going to say a few things here, considering I can't even report much in the console, anyway. And yeah: I know that they won't change anything now. But, it's possible that they might. Who knows, really?

First off, some suggestions:
1 - When playing with another player during Story mode, leaving the game should have result in total loss of any progress. This means that not only do you lose the rewards for that Story mission, but also your progress on your equipment challenges as well. I happen to find alot of players who play the Story only for completing their cursed equipment, then left afterwards. Yes: I'm pointing to the cursed challenge, "Defeat 3 Disciples of Iyo". Obviously, players would play the Story mission, "Curse of the Onibaba", due to guaranteed Iyo Disciples in it, complete that cursed challenge, and leave afterwards. Though, unlike me, I plan to complete it all the way to the end. So, for this suggestion: Once again, leaving the mission should have result in total loss of all progress mid-game, which includes equipment challenges. That way, players MUST play the mission to the end (like Nightmare Story, but normal).
2 - If you solo Story missions, the Gyozen's Curse should replace the heart curse for pill curse. This curse will show a pot in front of Gyozen. The main effect for this curse is to make your damage deal weaker than normal, but not too weak for you to take down Oni Lords (should you have them). The heart curse is mainly for two players. But, since you're only playing by yourself, you can't complete that Gyozen Curse for that mission.
3 - We should be able to crawl around rather than crawling forward. That way, you can move to a safer spot for the other player to revive you. Instead, all we have is that one function: "crawl forward".

Now for some knowledge:
1 - The offerings around the Story missions not only does it restock your projectile ammo, but also restore some of your health as well. This is a basic function, really, and should help you keep up the fight a bit more. This one player, possibly a PC player, said to me that it was pointless to grab an offering. In fact, it wasn't. Should your Healing Gourd or Healing Incense (Ronin ability) ever on cooldown, these offerings are optional for healing you. And that is what I was doing. Should he ever try using them more often, that player would know a thing or two.
2 - The battle is mostly just "trading swings". Basically, in principle, you strike your enemy first. Then, when it's your turn to defend, you can simply either block their attacks...or parry them (you can also dodge counterattack as well, but I'm going to tell you that afterwards). Parrying is a counterattack that's mostly about timing at the right moment during an enemy's attack, in which is right before you're about to get struck by their weapon. Parry also works on unblockable attacks (blue glow from enemy attack). You can also counterattack by dodging as well. Dodge Counterattacks are basically parrying, but dodging. Of course, like parrying, you'll have to time the enemy's attack just right for it to work, and it also deals alot of damage as well. What's even better is that the Dodge Counterattack works on some or most unparried attacks (orange glow from enemy attack). I'm saying this because I see most players not doing this, and is either blocking enemy attacks, dodge-rolling away, or just taking the damage as is.
3 - Ever heard of Cursed Equipment? These cursed items will give out negative effects to you, and even lower some of your Gear Rank. And you're probably wondering: "Why should I use these cursed gears?" Well, fellow player, you should DEFINITELY complete the cursed challenges...for a second effect on your equipment. Want to have both "Helmet Piercing Ammo" and "Shield Piercing Ammo" at the same time? You can do that! In addition, completing cursed equipments can also benefit your Gear Rank to reach to 120: the true, maxed Gear Rank than 100.
4 - You're wondering why there are four Stances. If you play Jin Sakai's story (Campaign mode), you would know how these four Stances function. If not, then let me help you with that:
> Stone Stance - This stance is mainly for swordsmen enemies, in which enemies with only a blade or dual swords. The stance is technically for beginners, and is somewhat (at-times) easy to use. However, should you want to continue your combo attacks, this stance is best for you, since I mixed my normal and heavy attacks properly to continuously attack an enemy without ever letting him block. Though, it's just by chances of the current situation.
> Water Stance - This stance is mainly for shield enemies: guys with sword (or spear) and shield, even Brutes with large shield counts as well. The stance is hard to use, but very effective on all enemies, as it's charged heavy attacks deal alot of stamina damage that causes the enemy to be staggered. Most players would use this stance often, including myself, as it's balanced on both attack and stamina damage.
> Wind Stance - This stance is mainly for spearmen: enemies with spear and shield, even Oni Lords count as well (they use spears). The stance is mainly effective at taking out the enemy's stamina. It's charged heavy attack doesn't deal that much attack damage, since it's mainly meant for dealing stamina damage. Unlike the Water Stance, players rarely use this stance, since it's not beneficial for attack damage.
> Moon Stance - This stance is mainly for Brutes: big guys that use gun mace, sword and shield, even Oni Brutes that uses a mace. The stance is great for enemies trying to outflank you from the side or behind. There's still a certain bug for this stance that enables you to quickly spam the charged heavy attacks. As such, most players would also use this stance just for that purpose.
Depending on how effective you use the stance, the mission should be easy to beat faster than you can say "Jin Sakai".

This is not a life service multiplayer game. It's a singleplayer game with multiplayer as bonus feature. Therefore I can say with 99% certainty, that there will be no fundamental changes to multiplayer. Best we can hope is that they fix what is broken, especially crosspaly matchmaking.

Hm...that is a possibility. Then again, another would be that they just leave it as is. Because, why not? They already did this twice before the PC release, and nothing changed but them lowering our skills for worse as is.

Also, I know it's a singleplayer game with multiplayer system. Been playing since it's first release to the world (not the PC release, mind you).

And also if they enable real cross-play. Not just a possibility to connect with friend from PS, but also matchmaking with randoms from different platforms.

"Different platforms"? Like the Switch and/or Xbox? Hate to break it to you, but it is a PS-exclusive game. I mean, did you see the Playstation logo when it shows various parts of GoT in it? If they release it to Xbox, there will be some copyright issues to Playstation. Though, PC is basically "every game" platform, so it doesn't count in some level of ways.

You don't get it. There's no matchmaking between PS4/5 and PC players in Legends. You can only invite your friend from PSN friend list no matter what his platform. If you queue Quick Game on PC you never get console players in your match.

Sorry. When you say "matchmaking randoms from different platforms", it's safe to assume that you mean EVERY platforms. Got to really get the specifics there, or people might say otherwise (as I did just recently).
That aside, when you say it like that, it sounds as if we can actually matchmake with PC players who has PSN. From the looks of things, it seems that you need a PSN to play Legends in PC. Or am I missing something here? No quick matchmake between PC and Console players, sure. Or maybe it's just that PC players aren't signing in to PSN? It is still a singleplayer game with multiplayer functions. But you can still play it as a "Guest", since you can solo missions. Besides, it's the PC version of the game: there's bound to be a separate something added into the game, like the PSN account.
