The new nvidia driver update (555.85) caused a weird problem
The game itself runs much more fluid now, but I can see on my msi afterburner overlay that the CPU thottles down every 15-20 sec to like 800MHz, which then causes a drastic fps drop. After 1-2 seconds it goes back up to my set framecap of 80fps. No overheating, the cpu is like at 65°C and this issue was for sure not there before the driver update since I always monitor the GPU and CPU clocks and temps in new games.

my game won't even start anymore, saying that my 4070 graphics card doesn't meet the standards

I'll keep using my old ass drivers then(546.01), so far so good so if it's not broken I'm not gonna try to fix it

just roll back to the previous driver version 552.44 from the nvidia website
Can u tell me simple step to rollback… thanks. yesterday i rollback driver to 552.44, but idk why it’s still stuttering/frame drop (i think im doing something wrong?) btw i try my other game like re 2, uncharted 4,SOTR and it start stuttering too
