I'm not going to hate on the devs for not creating the exact game I wanted in my head though. Think it would be a cool feature to add to the inevitable sequel to the game though.
If you choose to be an honerably samurai you wouldnt beat the Mongols. Pretty much the point if the story.
Especially when it collides with history
Well.. actually... play it to the end.. and you will get the Choice of what matters to you most ;)
Ghost in the context of war has a different meaning, it's just a legendary nickname/title given to people in stories who kill seemingly impossible numbers singlehandedly. Eg. the recent "Ghost of Kyiv". I also believe the "Ghost" of Tsushima is based on accounts of a samurai who killed a large number of invaders in Tsushima who came with the Mongolian invasion (though I've only heard of this on western documentary videos on the internet, so who knows). But the method of killing doesn't matter.
It was you wrestling with fighting with "honor" vs fighting to win.
Buys game marketed as about samurai. Is disappointed when game isn't actually about samurai. "Oh grow up, OP". See ow dumb you sound, DER?
