any1 Also Got Error message from PSPC SDK?

I can't login to Playstation account, and Legend mode, All because of the Error message

it contains 2 parts, 1st Part of the Error Message window popup from Startup, Saids Dumping file and the dump location, but the game keeps running, after that I clicked on OK, and go into main menu in the game

2nd part shows up whenever I tried to Login/Access the Playstation account, or access to Legend mode, It will shows a Popup in game, saids "Failed to initialize Playstation PC SDK"

after doing some digging, find out it's ALL bcoz of 3 exe located in PSPC SDK folder:
PsPcSdkAppMgr.exe
PsPcSdkTelemetry.exe
PsPcSdkCore.exe
These 3 exe can not gain access/using a file named Runtime.dll, which located in the same directory as these 3 exe does, and this Dll is provided by Sony, not by Microsoft (bcoz i thought it was and reinstalled all of the VCRedist), and the unknown reason keep causing STACK_OVERFLOW_c00000fd error while the exe attempt to using Runtime.dll, and also confirm that exe also in the same folder but not using Runtime,dll like PsPcSdkUI.exe and PsPcSdkUpdateChecker.exe works fine without any error messages showed up, so these are things ive tried:
set 3 exes into different CPU Priority level via Regedit
set 3 exes to run with admin
set game and steam run as admin
run 3 exes in Safe mode (to prevent any Software Conflict)
turned off all overlay software
exclude them in Firewall and AntiVirus

I'm here just to see if im only one who has the problem, it will be better if there's a solution, but I think since it's a software level Failure, it might require Devs to Update and Fix this issues, So If you have the same Problem, comment below and LMK, Thanks!!

I've spend two days trying to figure out how to fix an issue with PSPC SDK, i have no clue where it comes from or how to fix it, but for me it's even worse, it crashes before opening the game, says it some error, no code no nothing, just "an error".
I know it's different, but i did also link my issue to those files. My suspicion is, that on my machine, for whatever reason(probably because of an old processor), these .exe's don't even open, hense game crashes cause it can't function without it properly.
But wait, there is more, the game in fact, CAN function without it, but only if i delete PSPC directory in program data (or the program from windows) entirely, but then multiplayer doesn't work, and i want to play this game with my friend, so that's a no-go.
I don't really know what to do, i can try to dissect the files somehow to understand where the cause is, but i don't know if i'm competent enough for that type of task or if i will find something anyways, so the best bet so far is just to try to find some new info on that.

Also i just now had a thought that this issue could be because of PSPC and the game installed on two seperate drives, cause i had a couple issues with that quirky windows ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
