If so, how do you get it? Where, when, how?

I know about archer slow motion ability. Was wondering if there was one for melee as well.

There isn't. Only for bow

sort of, it slow mos during standoffs and when you switch stances but during attacking in combat no really, unless you get a perfect parry

Concentration mode, Ghost Mode, Certain stealth kills, stand offs. Not quite Zack Snyder level.
