2) If the game actually uses Gyro, you should disable steam input and use the game via USB.
Way more practical to physically aim, it makes more sense to physically aim than to operate two sticks. To crab walk with your character from side to side untill the crosshair lines up is just super unrealistic. That is how everyone aims with analog sticks in game. But in reality if you had to aim at something you would just aim and line up the shot. Not crab walk till the crosshair lines up and then take the shot.
Why would you want to tediously fine tune 2 stick to aim in such a 2 dimentional manner, when you can just physically and accurately aim.
I haven't tried mouse gyro, but if it does work: It's always the better alternative.
I dislike adaptive triggers but you could enable it in DS4Windows.
I know you must be trolling. You can not enable haptics or adaptive triggers in DS4 Windows.
DS4 emulates a Dualshock 4 controller. Once you open DS4 your controller will show up as a Playstation 4 controller, do you get that? There are no haptics or adaptive trigger support for a Dualshock 4 controller do you get that?
And because you are running secondary software, alot of the time you don't even get vibration.
So no, there is no way for you to have both gyro aiming and full Dualsense features and layout with Ghost of Tsushima running DS4 Windows.
If there is you definitely not going to reply with 2 sentences vaguely explaining that you can. You better come with the proper instructions and grammar.
no
However. You don't get full haptics like the Developers intended. With Steam Input Disabled and controller plugged in, Notice the footstep vibrations when you sprint. Also notice when you jump and land how much more full the vibration is. I'm sure there are other exhample with the haptics and adaptive triggers in game.
Thank you for giving straight up answers and proper instructions. Really refreshing to see. Have you ever seen someone give a straight answer on Reddit or Steam 😂
Two very quick questions, from one gyro-aiming lover to another:
Any idea why the other "usual" seetings of gyro aiming in steam input, that is gyro to mouse beta and gyro to joystick beta don't work with this particular game?
How do you cope with gyro's sensitivity issues? It seems to me extremelly slow and all of a sudden it accelerates out of control...
Again, many thanks!
