does killing people too much make you a bad samurai? will I face concequences like in Red dead 2?
should I stop killing but I love combat and anytime I see mongols I go fight them/sneak attack/take them down

You should be killing them for the gameplay bonuses. Go nuts and kill them how you like. The game definitely doesn't punish you for it, but whether you are a good samurai is part of the story no matter how you play.

Why would killing bandits and invaders give you bad "honor" anyway? Tho would've been cool to have a honor system similar to RDR2 since the honor thing is such a big thing in the story. So from poisoning/killing people in their sleep would give you bad honor.

Killing bandits and invaders is a good thing, gives you points toward your legend and goes toward unlocking technique points. I kill every bandit/invader I come across traveling.

the reason i say this is some old man chasing after his apprentice female archer said i dont act like no samurai so I thought my actions have conequences

o ok so my question still stands do you get "a bad ending" if you kill to many people stealthily? and without doing stand offs and facing people in the open?

From what I have read the gameplay doesn't make a difference and it is a choice you make near the end that affects which ending you get

I wondered the same exact thing and even started suspecting some sort of honor mechanic. The Sensei pretty much says that a Samurai should look their opponent in the eyes when they kill them and not sneak up from behind. It even gives Jin a flashback to his uncle saying the same thing. Later on in my playthrough, after I performed more stealth kills another flashback of the uncle saying the same thing again. So I started thinking "oh no, am I not supposed to stealth kill as much?"
So I get exactly why youre asking. Its a good question.

According to PS players, it doesn't make a difference. Supposedly there is an honor mechanic in terms of the weather, but no proof of anything.

Don't take my word for it. i couldn't exactly take their word either. The game certainly seems to make a compelling argument with the flashbacks, but in the years since it's release, no one has been able to see a tangible difference from what I can see.
