I am also having the same issue and this is making me nutz. I'm going to assume that they will fix this and I should just proceed in the game on my PC and it will be resolved at some point. Already wasted 1/2 hour trying to figure this "white screen" when logging into PSN. BTW, it doesn't start OFF white - it pops up a login and then goes white about about 5 seconds and I can't input anything. Very odd.

Same issue I made a thread about as well. A lot of people have the issue but Nixxes is ignoring it and I doubt we'll see it patched anytime soon as they wont acknowledge it as a bug. It doesn't open a truly external browser window and it stays under the GoS App so it may be a resource exclusivity issue between the game and the built-in browser conflicting with themselves with the game winning over the two.

I heard the solution was to switch your default browser to edge(temporarily).

I did it the hard way, and if switching browsers doesn't work you may need to do this.

I blindly(white screen) entered my login information(pasted it into the box right before it vanished), searched for the next button, tried to enter a password and a prompt came up where I could use an external pin(PC).

Framegen causes black screen bug turn it off, not seen white screen... If you sign out of psn in game then go to psn website account and change it from using a password to using a windows pin, then go back to the game and sign into psn using the pin it will sign in with no problem...

Same issue here with my buddy. Tried numerous fixes including reg-edits and disabling integrity checks etc. Sign-In Window appears for him but is fully white, doesnt even flash anything or a glimpse of the login, just white.

mine just goes straight to the white screen i wish i could see the popup it would give me more hope

I was able to find a solution on my end. Are you running on compatibility mode? You need to turn that off to see the PSN window.

I ran compatibility mode for Windows 8 cause I was having issues booting up the game. But surprisingly it still booted up after I turned it off. Hopefully this helps some of you.
