Changing bind for Stances

I have unlocked the first 3 stances so far and I usually get in combat with each of them needing each stance to defeat easily, I don't have a problem with switching stance, but is there no way to change stance quicker? I've been looking around in settings but I can't seem to figure out if there is a way I can change each stance to one button like, 1, 2, 3, etc. It would make it a ton easier where I would just need to click 1 for stone stance or 3 for wind stance instead of holding a button and THEN clicking 1, 2, 3 etc. If anyone knows if it's possible pls help

It's a limitation inhereted from the controller port. Lets hope they adress that for the PC version.
What you can try until then is to set up some makros for your 1-4 keys that automatically press the needed combination with something like AutoHotkey.

You actually can just press 1,2 etc. to change your stance. You dont need to hold down anything, found this out by mistake

The game tells you to hold T and clicking a button, but you can just hit 1-4 to change the stances, just look at how your character holds the katana when you switch around.
Another thing to note is that the buttons for each stance is actually different depending on if you use the T menu or not, they don't match for whatever reason.

I'm trying to do this. I want to use the left trackpad on my steam deck to do stances... or maybe the back buttons. But for now I'm trying a radial menu, but i can't seem to get a hold this button and press this button command

I'm a bit late to this thread but I'm using a dualsense and it seems to need a full release of the RT trigger before it will open the stance/ghost weapon menu again. I played on ps5 and it was way more fluid.
