FPS locked at 60 and low GPU usage?

No matter what combination of settings I try, FPS stays at 60 unless I activate Frame Generation.

I have no frame limiter in game nor NVCP nor RTSS. Nothing.

Also GPU stays chill so it's not a performance issue.

What I have to do is to restart the game for it to fully use the GPU and go past 60 FPS. So some settings might be applying incorrectly before FG is deactivated.

Has anybody experienced the same issue?

Hard to use the Options correct? Well .. user problem. Not software, nor hardware related.

Again. I think is a bug and wanted to share in case somebody else noticed. I've tried all sorts of combinations.

No. No definitely not. PC mode on both LG and NVCP at 120 Hz. All sorts of limiters off and conflicts I can think of are off.

It happens when I turn Frame Gen on and then off. Like the games activates some sort of thing that fails to turn back off then.

It's a bug, reflex is locking to half frame rate when you disable frame gen but leave reflex on and it requires a game restart or turning off reflex to fix.

I was initially frustrated by this problem as well. Turns out AMD had re-enabled framerate target control in Adrenaline without telling me.

I am also stuck at 60 fps without frame gen as well. With frame gen I get screen tearing. Only game that does this.
