So yeah, RDR2 remains the most beautiful for me too. Or RYSE, if we are considering beautiful for its time.
Skyrim with mods looks better.... And it's not even particularly good looking.
But you've got things like leaves falling and being kicked up by feet, flower petals flowing in the air, grass affected by random wind rather than all of it moving with canned animations, and stuff like that.
Walking down a muddy street, with leaves falling from overhead trees and moving in the wind, watching grass ripple with the wind, with smoke rising in the distance, especially on an OLED, the game is gorgeous.

Effects Like Lighting and Shadows are masterfully Done in this game.
The Lighting and Shadows of Raytraced AAA games looks/feels worse then what you can see in this game.
