Try setting the audio mode to "Night Mode" to tighten up the sound levels, rather than the default home surround system or w/e it is.
Even on night mode the audio seems to just be all over the place
I've tried all the speakers settings in game, I'm not sure which windows device setting you mean
Also fire sounds and some explosions in early game sounded very bugged. It's been better after the early game though. Maybe bad speakers can't even output the sound that was annoying to my ears trough headphone amp and good headphones
The thing that gets me the most right now is one of the sound effects of hitting an enemy that has their guard broken, that sound is just unreasonably loud even on 2% sfx.
