If GoT doesn't support _any_ form of rumble over bluetooth that's not great, but as far as haptic rumble specifically, there is no game with haptics working when over bluetooth on the PC.
Some people on Reddit claimed it does because they feel *any* form of rumble over bluetooth, but that is not haptic rumble, just standard. You can definitely notice a difference when you use your DS wireless with Ratchet and Clank then plug it in, the rumble feedback is different. People think Ratchet and Clank has haptic support over bluetooth because of the "experiential" rumble setting, all that does it just add more standard rumble for more game actions, most Insomniac games have this, even under the PS5. It has nothing to do with haptics though.
You'll notice there are separate settings for advanced haptics in R&C and this setting in the PC options as well, which wouldn't be necessary if they addressed the same thing. Turn off the advanced haptics setting in R&C, but keep the "experiential" setting on, and there's no difference over bluetooth. However, there definitely is when you use it over wired.
Sony recently added adaptive triggers support over bluetooth, which is also helping to add to the confusion - you get adjustable triggers, then get some rumble effects and people think that means the DS is now fully operational over bluetooth, but it's not. Haptics with the DS are delivered via audio, a single bluetooth connection can not do that reliably with the latency required for a game.
(Not to mention even when wired, the haptics are lacking in most PC implementations I've found. Both Spiderman and R&C have decidely weaker haptic feedback than the same titles natively on the PS5, and haven't checked recently but Ratchet and Clank in particular didn't have haptic trigger feedback for shooting, or that it differs significantly with how it feels on R&C PS5.)
Bear in mind I don't think it's 'nitpicky' at all, this has been an issue since the DS got PC support. Sony should really at least bring out a dedicated dongle for it like they did with the DS4. You should not have to play in wired in 2024 to get all features of a controller.
No, they didn't.
Adaptive triggers work wirelessly and have for some time as I explained above. You don't get haptic rumble over bluetooth though.
