Anybody using Switch Pro Controller?

I want to play with a controller, but I only got the Switch Pro Controller. Does the game support Switch layout or allow you to swap x/y and a/b to make it align with the controller?
I don't really want to buy an Xbox controller but if that's the only way then I might have to.

I guess you would have to go for Playstation layout because, as long as there is no official Pro Controller support, you can't do anything to put XYAB in the right order, except for a mod

I use a switch pro on pc, its been a pain, if i figure somet hing out ill come back

Steam supports the Switch Pro controller. Check Steam controller settings and there is a literal option to enable Switch Pro controller support and Nintendo button layouts.

works fine, performs same as horizon forbidden west. i'd recommend using steam input though as the controller support in both titles is kinda weak. it will identify as an xbox controller but still the buttons will work as a switch controller so the glyphs will be wrong. also joys do not have full movement with the builtin support. if not satisfied with this you can always use ds4windows and emulate a 360 pad and works fine.
