Glaringly Bright Lights

As the title states, every white light is glaringly bright, can't figure out how to fix it. Updated drivers, turned off all recordings and even did the factory reset, but it's still the same. Any ideas?

Have you tried turning it off or playing around with the HDR settings to see if it lowers the brightness of the whites?

just tried it but it just made everything into a dark grey, its so weird cause I always play with HDR but this is the first i've had this issue.

Found a fix. If I reset display settings in launcher it'll be fine, however if i try to reset it in game everything becomes super bright again, weird issue. On another note everything is slightly darker than before but what you gonna do.

Been having the same issues. Feels like it is both too bright and too dark constantly. Glancing towards the sun makes it impossible to see anything, but I'm struggling to see inside buildings and at night.

I'm having the same problem, can't play the game, so damn annoying.

I’m getting there bright flashes too. It’s like someone threw flashbangs. It appears to be a bug with light sources.

+1 having this problem. I figure it's because my RX 5700 XT is dated.

On a RX 7900 xtx Just updated my AMD drivers to 24.5.1 and now I'm getting those flashbangs of lights coming from the light sources. I didn't have that problem before and I have at least 10 hours into the game. Anybody find a fix.
